The other thing you need to know is that commercial buildings are not only sold when they are in bad shape, and they need replacement. You also need to know that commercial buildings may be out for sale when the owner of the business that was operating in the building has become bankrupt and one of the ways to recover s to sell the house soonest possible. That means investing in commercial property is as good as investing in any other property.
